I ate 2 Reisen's caramels and had a swig of leftover diet pepsi before I left the house, so I could take my pills before I left.
I stopped at the grocery store on my way in to work (it's in the same building), and picked up a "real" breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was a muffin and about a cup of water at my desk. I started making a cup of tea when I got to work, but it was close to 10:30 before I finally remembered to go pour the water into the cup while it was still boiling.
At 10:30 I had another muffin and the cup of tea.
At lunch (which I take at 1pm on M/W/F), I had a turkey, lettuce & cranberry sauce sandwich from the grocery store, 3 completely tasteless strawberries, and a handful of cashew poppycock. And I opened up a bottle of diet pepsi which I nursed for the rest of the afternoon and into the evening.
When I got home from work, I had a couple handfuls of kettle corn, and then an hour or so later, a slice of roasted garlic & cheese bread from the farmers market, with a slice of peppercorn gouda.
Dinner was 3 slices of the pizza that Ian brought home from the local pizzeria on his way back from walking the dog.
