another eyebead

My 2nd eyebead, originally uploaded by ravnsdaughter.

I made this bead last night, but I finished it shortly before I went to bed, so I had to leave it in the cooling blanket overnight. I pulled it out this morning and was SO thrilled with how it turned out, I had to make time to photograph it before I left for work.

The colors in this bead remind me of the old-style Canucks jerseys. Hehe.

Also, these photos are proof that I'm FINALLY learning how to use my camera properly, which makes me rather happy. :)

I need to GET some yellow and black glass before I can do that. I'm planning to head to the store and do just that on Friday though. With all the colors I need, I'm probably going to end up dropping close to $100 on glass. :)
