ravnsdaughterThis has been an extremely weird week. It started off with me having 3 days of work with no boss, which was excellent because I was able to get a ton of work accomplished. Even yesterday and today have been pretty darn easy, as well, since he's been doing almost nothing but returning phone calls and hasn't generated much more work for me to do yet.
My house is an absolute disaster at the moment, too, because I have been feeling totally out of it and having a hard time functioning with the roommate around. I admit, it's partly to piss him off too, because I'm so fed up with his bullshit... he's been so petty the entire time he's lived here that I'm being completely petty this week. Screw you, asshole!
He works tomorrow, and then is doing his move on Sunday. He actually had the nerve to suggest that I should go stay at Ian's house all weekend so that he could do his move without us being in the way! I didn't laugh AT him, but I was laughing inside... that would require me to actually TRUST him, which I sure as hell don't. I think I'm going to suggest to Ian that he come over after work tonight, and we can spend tomorrow together at my place, and then I'll send him home tomorrow night and that way it's only me getting in the roommate's way, not both of us.
Once he's gone, I can get going on my own packing. The roommate was weirded out by the fact that I brought boxes home this week - he hasn't done any packing except for the last couple of days. Granted, he has a lot less stuff than I do, but I really don't want to leave things until the last minute, and I also want to do a bunch of decluttering, tossing out, and things like that as I pack.
