time for a long weekend!

ravnsdaughterThere is just under 5 hours left until I see my sweetie again. I am very excited. Because it's Easter weekend, I have a 4 day weekend... though he works 12-6 today as he volunteered for OT (his normal shift is 3-11) and I'm pretty sure he works Monday too. But he will be heading straight over here after work today (he works relatively close to my house) and spending the weekend. I can hardly wait.
He's been warned that he will likely be dragged straight into the bedroom, too. *evil grin* I highly doubt he will mind.
I've been up since about 7:30 this morning... I went to bed around 11 last night, and despite having set my alarm for 8am, I just wasn't able to sleep that long. I woke up around 7, lazed around in bed for a bit, and then finally got up. After a bit of computer time, I then set to work on cleaning up my pit of a house. I've now just put the last load of laundry in the wash, and don't have too much else left Myto do with the rest of it.
My big-ass Maine Coon kitten (who turns 1 in less than a month - he's a Beltane kitty) is currently trying to cram his fluffy butt into the cat bed, which is JUST barely big enough to fit my girlcat. I am laughing my head off at how silly he looks. Sorry Onyx, you aren't gonna fit no matter how hard you try!
