peace and quiet

It's so nice to have a quiet morning again. Ever since Ian's been on days, he's been getting up at a similar time as me, and I lost my ability to just sit here in the quiet, drinking my tea, and enjoying some alone time. This morning I was woken up at 7am by leg cramps that wouldn't go away, so I ended up getting up. Only an hour earlier than I'd intended, so no big deal.

So today is BC Day, and is my first paid stat holiday in about two years! I am going to enjoy the hell out of it.
