My brother in law took up welding and loves it. It was no small change to go to school and I think he went for a couple of years. But what he made pre welding school and after is like night and day. Only negative is that he is sent out of state a fair bit for welding jobs. Have a feeling welders are more sought after. Not sure how physical it is altho her sure gets dirty.
