Thank you so much to everyone who commented on my post asking for book recommendations! It's given me a really goo place to start. I put holds on a couple of the recommended books at the library, and picked them up after work yesterday, and tossed one in my bag this morning to read on the way downtown after work. I'm starting with Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. I'll let y'all know what I think of it.

While I'm on the topic of books... I can't believe that when I was posting the edit to that other post that I completely forgot to mention that I've read the "A Song of Ice and Fire" series by George R.R. Martin already. It's one of my absolute FAVORITES. And... did you know that HBO is turning it into a TV adaptation? I don't know whether it's going to be a series like The Tudors, or a movie or what, but I'm very excited about it. One of my WoW guildmates is as big of a fan as I am, and keeps me updated... I've seen an article about it that mentioned who they're getting to play Tyrion Lannister and the actor is pretty much EXACTLY how I pictured Tyrion.

I am reading book 4 and am pissed that the author doesnt' want to keep writing it. Book 4 was published in 2005. It has been 4 years man. Damn.
A series would be cool, it is a good story...
